Disciplinary Decisions in the Sport of Sailing

Disciplinary decisions within World Sailing are determined by Independent Panels appointed by the Judicial Board. Questions, reports, or comments on disciplinary matters should be sent by email or in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.

You can also contact WADA as part of their Speak Up! program which aims to help keep the integrity of sport and protect clean athletes.

Record of decisions as of January 14, 2019:

Jose Oziomek (ARG): Misconduct contrary to RRS 69.1(a) – gross infringement of the rules and sportsmanship; World Sailing Eligibility suspended from 18 May 2018 to 18 November 2019. (decision)
