New World Record Ratified

The World Sailing Speed Record Council has ratified a new outright world record of 53.27 knots in the Windsurfer/10sq m Class, set by Antoine Albeau (FRA) on November 2 in Luderitz, Namibia. Albeau improved on the record of 52.05 knots he set at Luderitz in 2012.
