Official Trailer: Losing Sight of Shore

Published on April 13th, 2017

Losing Sight of Shore is the documentary about the inspiring journey of a group of intrepid women who rowed 8,446 miles in a 29-foot pink ocean rowing boat named Doris in the name of charity and pushing personal limits.

The Coxless Crew, as the team refers to themselves (all women between the ages of 25 and 40), began April 2015 and 257 days later became the first crew of four to EVER row across the Pacific Ocean – from San Francisco, USA to Cairns, Australia.

The film is about perseverance, friendship, and the power of the human spirit. Massive waves and whales and sharks, oh my! They saw it all and they kept going until they reached the other side.

Losing Sight of Shore is now available on Netflix and iTunes.
