VIDEO: Crossing Oceans at 50 knots

Launched on July 17, the revolutionary 100ft maxi trimaran Gitana 17 is designed to fully foil in the open ocean at speeds up to 50 knots. To be skippered by Sébastien Josse and raced under the name Maxi Edmond de Rothschild, the boat has been configured for both singlehanded and crewed endeavors.
