The 2019 Laser North American Championships were held July 18-21 in Brant Beach, NJ. Noah Collinson narrowly topped the 41-boat Full Rig fleet while Chapman Petersen had it slightly easier in the 83-boat Radial Rig fleet. Dominating the 16 4.7 Rigs was Carling Davies. Details.
